Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and quantity of aircraft models in your order and will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Most orders are shipped using standard shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.
Please review the shipping map below for additional information about our available shipping area. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your aircraft model purchase. Returns may be accepted for eligible items, provided that the return is requested within 30 days of delivery and the model is returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all included accessories or display components.
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The buyer is also responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as aircraft models may be fragile and we cannot issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Items that have been assembled, displayed, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund. Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
